About the 2025 NPPA Conference – Welcome! (page 1 of 9)

National Pharmacy Purchasing Association (NPPA) members and conference attendees are part of an elite country-wide network of pharmaceutical-purchasing professionals interested in expanding their knowledge and skills. NPPA has been planning and hosting annual conferences and providing members with a publication since 1997! No other national pharmacy organization we know of recognizes the importance of purchasing within the pharmacy profession.

Join NPPA and your fellow Pharmacy Purchasing professionals from across the country for the 28th Annual 2025 NPPA Conference from September 29 through October 2, at the Horseshoe Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in Nevada. The event starts with an Opening Reception on Monday night, September 29 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. The educational program begins Tuesday, September 30 at 8:30am (breakfast starts at 7:30am) and ends Thursday, October 2 approx. 2:00pm.

Network and learn the latest trends in Pharmacy Purchasing! All sessions highlight Pharmacy Purchasing topics and include 8-12 hours of ACPE-accredited CE for Technicians and Pharmacists. Share experiences with your fellow Pharmacy Buyers and build relationships with your Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) representatives as well as exhibiting vendor companies that serve hospitals and health systems. One of the best ways to share your experiences is to become a speaker. We will ask if you are interested in speaking as you complete this registration.

340B University is an optional event held before NPPA's Opening Reception on Monday, September 29, sponsored and hosted by the HRSA 340B Prime Vendor Program (PVP), managed by Apexus, one of NPPA's 2025 vendor-exhibitors. Details and registration with Apexus for this complimentary event will be provided later.

Rosters, Notifications, Facility Info & Other (page 3 of 9)

Roster information: Indicate below about being included in the Attendee Roster for this year's NPPA Conference. Inclusion in the roster allows attendees to network after the show, as well as have contact info for all the speakers, GPO reps, and exhibiting vendors in attendance. The roster is provided for registered attendees only and will be emailed to you after the conference.

IMPORTANT: Your personal information will not be provided to exhibiting vendors. The only attendee information that exhibiting vendors will receive is name, facility, and mailing address to know what regions the attendees originate from, so exhibitors can determine which reps to send. Exception for vendors that sponsor our Scholarship Program, who will receive contact info on the awardees.

Should Exhibitors wish to directly contact our registered attendees (such as invite them to a sponsored event or their exhibit booth), NPPA will send the exhibitor's requested invitation/note to attendees through NPPA's group email announcements.

Photo Release: By registering for this event, you hereby give permission for images of yourself captured during the 28th Annual 2025 NPPA Conference through photo & video to be used solely for the purposes of NPPA's promotional materials and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

Educational Program

Educational Program lectures and speakers along with the timeslots for all lectures and events are being determined. Lectures will include 10-12 Continuing Education (CE) units for pharmacy recertification.

Call for Speakers

Help fill remaining lectures in the Educational Program roster by becoming a conference speaker! Speaking can be rewarding for you and your career as well as supporting your fellow Buyer colleagues by sharing expertise.

Becoming a speaker also helps cover your costs including complimentary registration and up to 5 hotel nights (other expenses and/or speaker fee are negotiable). Lectures range between 15-20 minutes and up to 55 minutes.

RSVP For Provided Meals (page 5 of 9)

Indicate below to be included in any of the daily meals during the conference. Meals are included with your paid registration, but you must RSVP to confirm. Note that breakfasts and lunches are only for attendees—exhibitors are not included and guest passes do not apply.

Guest passes for the attendee opening reception are offered to each pharmacy attendee for an additional $60 per pass. Guests must not be involved with the NPPA Conference nor employed by a pharmacy, hospital, or drug company.

To order a guest pass, contact the NPPA office to request an order/agreement form, which will be paid for separately after NPPA approval. Limited to one guest (21 and older) per attendee. Guest passes must be requested by end of day September 22.

Choose an option below for Pharmacy & GPO attendee registration to the 28th Annual NPPA Conference (at Horseshoe Las Vegas hotel from September 29 to October 2). Includes current NPPA member registration or option to renew or add a new annual NPPA membership (less than the cost of non-member registration).

If you choose Current NPPA member registration and your membership is not active through September 2025, NPPA will contact you to confirm status and provide options. If you are unsure about your membership status, select the Save & Continue Later button and contact NPPA (see below) before continuing.

Becoming an NPPA member saves you $10 off the registration fee. Membership also makes you eligible to be nominated for NPPA's annual Outstanding Buyer of the Year award, which comes with cash awards of $250, $500, and $1,000 for the Top 3 placements. Early-bird rate deadline is July 14: After this date, registration fees increase by $40. If you have a Purchase Order open and pending payment, the higher rate applies if payment is not received before the deadline.

The hotel rooms in NPPA's block are in the same tower of the hotel as all of the NPPA Conference events (lectures, exhibits, reception, breakouts).

With the Paris Las Vegas hotel located just down another hallway inside the Horseshoe/Paris complex, you also have all the Paris restaurants available to you nearby, giving you double the number of restaurants and other amenities within walking distance, all without having to venture outside!
